Switch to DejaOffice helped with my issues. | By Fran A
I've used CompanionLink for more than 6 years, and it worked well for most of that time. At some point, my contacts got corrupted, and changes I made in Outlook didn't get synced to my phone. After I got a new phone, I called for help, and wound up spending probably 5 hours on the phone with Matt over the next several days. And he always followed up with an email to see how things were working. Mostly they weren't! He'd be stumped but then would come back with a new suggestion, ultimately culminating in my switching to DejaOffice. That has solved my issues for now, but the downside is that it syncs with only one device. At some point I'll try DejaCloud to sync with my tablet, too. That's why 4 stars instead of 5 -- for the product. I'd definitely give Matt 5 stars. He was patient, helpful, and DETERMINED to help me resolve my problems. THANK YOU, MATT, for all your help!

In a word their support is extraordinary! Recently I called during a busy time for them, left my phone number and Matt called. How rare it is, in my experience, for a software company to call back.

Matt tackled my problem (it was a mistake I made) and fixed it quickly. I now have access, again, to 5,000+ contacts on my phone. Over the years the few times I’ve needed support, this team has always been knowledgeable, easy to talk with and effective.

In all of the years that I've dealt with Companionlink, there has never been a problem that they couldn't remedy. Must of time it was of my doing, but if the problem was at there end . . they solved it . . and quickly. If only on the other software companies could emulate these folks, there would be fewer disturbances in the Force!

I've been using CompanionLink for YEARS and I've always had great support the very few times I've needed it. But today, I needed it more than ever, and not only did Thomas fix my sync issues, he also fixed my concerns and issues about my drastically changed contacts and calendars after migrating to an Exchange email system. He was fast, knowledgeable, supportive and understanding, and had a great sense of humor. I will sleep better tonight, and work easier and faster tomorrow! GREAT job!!!

Had a problem with syncing tasks this morning on my office computer after syncing it yesterday at a home computer. Jayce was able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly and efficiently.
