What type of Act! user are you?

Light user If you use Act! once or twice a day for scheduling and tracking customer emails, then you will be well served by CompanionLink Express and a connection to Outlook and Office 365. You can load the Outlook App on your phone to see your contacts and activities.

Medium user If you use Act! Notes and Histories to make detailed notes, or if you schedule more than three events a day, you will be well served by using DejaOffice on your phone, and DejaCloud sync to connect it. DejaOffice is better than competing products to provide Act!-Like features on your phone.

Security Concious For those under HIPAA, GPDR or FINRA regulations, DejaCloud complies with those regulations. However, for extra security you can use DejaOffice encrypted Wi-Fi or USB Sync.

Heavy User If you use Act! Additional Contacts or Opportunities, if you have more than three mobile devices, or if you have more than 10,000 contacts, you should use CompanionLink Professional.
