Sorry to hear that! What sync method were you trying to use (USB, WiFi, etc)?
When I try to sync my Samsung Fascinate to Outlook your program keeps saying: Start sync on external device, but it doesn’t tell me how to do that. Edxtremely frustrating! I finally gave up.
