Tom – It sounds like you’re on the most recent version of DejaOffice (1.12.8), but not CompanionLink 4. Visit downloads and scroll down about halfway to find CompanionLink Express 4 build 4053. Install that update and let me know if that helps!
I’m trying to sync my new Rezound with ACT! I have CompanionLink Express 4.0 4018 on my Windows 7 Pro desktop and DejaOffice 1.12.8 on my Rezound. When I try to sync I get the following error:
“Please upafe CL USB Sync on your device.”
