DejaOffice allows a one time Import from other "Native" contact and calendar accounts on the phone. If you have preexisting data in the Android Contacts app or Android Calendar app, the Import will pull these into DejaOffice.

1. Import Contacts - This option allows you to do a one time Import from other "native" contact accounts connected to the device. You may need to select "Load Accounts" and "Allow Access" to the Contacts of the phone.
  • Note: Importing from other accounts can cause some duplicates if the same information already existed in DejaOffice from another source.

Select Next to move to Import Events.

2. Import Events - This option allows you to do a one time Import from other "native" calendar accounts connected to the device. You may need to select "Load Accounts" and "Allow Access" to the Calendar of the phone.
  • Note: Importing from other accounts can cause some duplicates if the same information already existed in DejaOffice from another source.

If your PC has the best set of data, typically you will not need to import from the Android Contacts and Calendar App.
