A sales team may keep every contact in Act!, GoldMine, or Outlook and still struggle to send a personal thank-you after a new client signs on. Writing, addressing, and mailing each card takes time, so the task slips behind the next call or appointment. A CRM can help by identifying the moments that deserve a … Continue reading →
  • How to Stop Impulse Buying: 10 Habits PennyGuard Suggests
    by Sachin Yadav
    November 4, 2026
An impulse buy is a purchase that was not part of the plan when you picked up your phone or walked into a store: a gadget found during a late-night scroll, a second sweater at the register, a bundle that looked like a deal. • Why Software Companies Are Using 3D Animation to Explain Their Products
    by Colleen Borator
    November 4, 2026
The Problem With Demonstrating Software Software has a presentation problem. The product is real, useful and often sophisticated, but it looks like a rectangle of interface. Screen recordings are accurate and almost entirely unmemorable. Explaining what a synchronisation engine or an encryption layer actually does by filming the screen is close to impossible, because the … Continue reading →

A modern creative project rarely happens in one place. A designer might develop an initial concept on a laptop, review reference material on a smartphone, discuss revisions through a messaging application, and present the finished work during an online meeting. Although each tool serves a useful purpose, moving between disconnected systems can create unnecessary delays. … Continue reading →
