Using Contact Note Print with Contact Notes Database
In DejaOffice PC CRM v2 (Build 2035 and higher) you can now print Contact Notes based on a Date Range. For this to work you must be using DejaOffice PC CRM v2 Express or Professional (build 2035 or higher) and have the Contact Notes Database option enabled.
Enabling Contact Notes Database
Using the Time\Date Stamp in the DejaOffice PC CRM v2 contact notes, the program can convert your notes into a Notes Database. This makes each note their own little self contained note within the Contact Notes section, so that the note field is not one big note. To enable this Conversion:
- Open the DejaOffice PC CRM v2 Express\Professional.
- Select Settings and Select Contact Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and check the "Contact Notes" option.

Print Contact Notes Report
Once you have the Notes Database enabled, to print a Contact Notes Report:
- Open DejaOffice PC CRM to the Contacts list.
- At the top click the Print icon.
- In the drop down from the Print Menu, select "Contact Notes.
- Set a Date Range, then click Ok.
Please note, this print is based on the notes having a Time Date stamp on each note for the Notes Database conversion to split them out. If you do not use Time\Date Stamps in your Contact Notes, this is not going to work correctly.
