Outlook to Google sync missing contact records

There can be several reasons why not all contacts sync from Outlook to Google.

Open CompanionLink Setup and click Outlook Settings.

On the Applications tab, make sure that Contacts are selected.

On the Category Filter tab, verify the correct Outlook categories are selected. Verify the categories the missing contacts are in and make sure they are selected here.

On the Outlook Folders tab, make sure the correct Contacts folder is selected.

When done in the settings, click on OK.

From the main CompanionLink window, go to Options and choose "Reread PC data on next sync". Then sync again.

Do the missing contacts sync to Google this time?
