Outlook to Google Missing Calendar Records

There can be several reasons why not all calendar events sync from Outlook to Google.

Open CompanionLink Setup and go to Advanced Settings.

On the Applications tab, make sure Calendar is selected.

On the Outlook Folders tab, make sure the correct Calendar folder is selected.

On the Category Filter tab make sure that All Categories are set to sync.

When done in the settings, click on OK.

Also go to the Google Settings, and on the Google Calendars tab, verify you have the correct Google Calendars selected to sync with. Again, if you make any changes, click on Apply to save them. When done in the settings, click on OK.

From the main CompanionLink window, go to Options and choose "Reread PC data on next sync". Then sync again.
