DejaOffice voice commands with Google Now integration

DejaOffice supports Voice Commands to engage actions. Speak to create contacts, appointments, tasks, and notes. You can do things like Snooze your alarm or have DejaOffice read out loud your appointment list. You can also use Google Now ("Ok Google") to command DejaOffice when you are outside the app.

  1. Open DejaOffice
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select DejaVoice Settings
  4. Select the option Voice Commands (When DejaOffice is open)

Using voice commands in DejaOffice

With DejaOffice running you can dictate commands:

Create <contact/company/calendar/task/memo/expense/history/category>

Examples:

"Create Calendar Lunch meeting tomorrow at one pm"

"Create Expense Lunch for ten dollars"

Enabling voice commands from Google Now

  1. Open DejaOffice
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select DejaVoice Settings
  4. Select the option Voice Commands (From Google Now)
  5. Turn DejaOffice "On" in Android Settings > Accessibility

Using DejaOffice voice commands in Google Now

  1. Say Ok Google
  2. Then say DejaOffice command

Examples:

"Ok Google" "Create DejaCalendar Lunch meeting tomorrow at one pm"

"Ok Google" "Create DejaExpense Lunch for ten dollars"
