How to find your SugarCRM Sync URL

Your SugarCRM sync URL is the same URL you use to log into SugarCRM.

If you're still not sure, follow these steps:

1. Open SugarCRM in your web browser.
2. Click the "SugarCRM" logo in the upper left-hand corner of your browser window.
3. Your sync URL is the URL that's displayed in your browser's address bar, up to and including the text "/sugarcrm/" (see example below).
