Set up a sync between ACT! and Outlook


For Syncs with Act! you will need CompanionLink Express or Professional.

  1. Click Here and download\install the latest version of CompanionLink Express or Pro.
  2. Select "Act! 2005 through v24 (Desktop)" on the left. Click Settings under Act! on the left and Verify your correct ACT database is selected. Enter your Act! username and password.
  3. Select the Applications tab and choose which Data Types you wish to sync, then click Ok.
  4. Select "Microsoft Outlook (Local)" on the right.
  5. Select Settings on the right under Microsoft Outlook.
  6. Select the Outlook Folders tab at the top to ensure CompanionLink is syncing to the correct data file in Outlook.
  7. Return to the main menu of CompanionLink and perform a sync.
