SF RST API Required for Field Mapping

For SalesForce Sync, to set up field mapping, CompanionLink requires the RST API in Salesforce to be enabled. It is automatically enabled for Enterprise level accounts.
For Professional and Group edition accounts, apparently, you can make a request to have this API enabled. Please contact your SalesForce administrator to have this capability turned on.
