Run CompanionLink as Administrator

Running CompanionLink as Administrator allows the program to write registry keys that are normally locked out. You should only need to do this once. Once the registry keys are set, you may run CompanionLink normally.

Before running CompanionLink as Administrator, please close Outlook, Act! or any other associated program.

To run CompanionLink as administrator, right click on the CompanionLink icon and then left click "Run as administrator" as shown below:
