Outlook to BlackBerry Classic - missing contact records

There can be several reasons why not all contacts sync from Outlook to the Blackberry.

Open CompanionLink Setup click Outlook Settings.

On the Applications tab, make sure that Contacts are selected.

On the Category Filter tab, verify the correct Outlook categories are selected. Verify the categories the missing contacts are in and make sure they are selected here.

When done in the settings, click on OK.

Also, on the Blackberry, open the Contacts. Press the Menu button, choose Options. Below "Contact List" open each Address Book listed here, make sure "Wireless=Not Available" is set. Press the back button and save these changes.

From the main CompanionLink window, go to Options and choose "Reread PC data on next sync". Then sync again.

Do the missing contacts sync to the Blackberry this time?
