How to clear all records in Outlook

Follow these steps to manually clear out the Contacts/Calendar/Tasks entries from Outlook.

  1. Open Outlook and click on Contacts
  2. Press Edit
  3. Click on Select All
  4. Then press the Delete key


For Tasks, repeat the steps above, but select Tasks rather than Contacts.

To clear the Calendar, please follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Go to the Calendar
  3. Click on the View menu
  4. Choose Current View, or if you do not have this, Arrange By
  5. Select By Category
  6. Now click Edit/ Select All/ Delete
