General: Notes/Memos Don't sync to GGL COntacts anymore

Symptoms:
Notes/Memos from the PIM don't sync to GGL Contacts anymore.
Fix:
There is no fix for this. Advise to switch to USB syncing if Notes/Memos is critical.
Cause:
The feature was dropped from CL many builds ago.
