DejaOffice PC CRM Grid View Templates

In the DejaOffice PC CRM build 1797, in the Contact Grid view you can now add Templates to save different combinations of selected Fields.

Create Contact Grid View Templates

To create Grid View Column Header templates:

1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM and select Contacts.
2. At the top click the Grid View icon to change to Grid view (spreadsheet view).
3. Right click any of the Column Headers (IE. Company, Full Name, etc).
4. Using the Check Boxes select the Fields you want to show.
5. Once you have the headers you want, select the Pencil Icon to open the Templates List.
6. Click the + to Create a new Template, give it a Name and click Ok.

This will store the current view as a Template. Now repeat steps 3-6 with different columns selected to store different grid views with different data showing.
