DejaOffice PC CRM - How to set up Auto Dialing from PC to Mobile Phone

Using DejaOffice PC CRM and DejaOffice on your Android or iPhone you can now dial your Phone directly from your PC! This feature is currently only available in the DejaOffice PC CRM Build 1318 (or higher), DejaOffice for Android Build 4.4.37 (or higher) and DejaOffice for Apple Build 2.7.1 (or higher).

How to Setup Direct Dialing for Windows Dialers

  1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM (Build 1388 or higher required).
  2. Select Settings and General Settings.
  3. Check the box for "Enable Windows Dialer".


Return to DejaOffice PC CRM Contacts. A new icon will appear next to phone numbers. Selecting this will launch the Default Windows Dialing program (Zoom, Skype, etc).

  • Note: Changing the Windows Dialer Prefix in General Settings to "Dialer" will use the default Dialer of Windows. You must have a PC modem to use the Windows Dialer.


How to Setup Direct Dialing for Mobile

Use the following steps to get your FCM ID and transfer it to the PC.

On the Android:

  1. Open DejaOffice on your Android Device.
  2. Select Settings and select General Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of this menu, tap FCM ID and tap Enable. The FCM ID will generate a long sting of Numbers and Letters.
  4. Tap it again and select Email FCM ID. Enter your email and send.


On the iPhone:

  1. Open DejaOffice on your Apple Device.
  2. Select Settings and select General Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of this menu, tap FCM ID and tap Generate FCM ID. The FCM ID will generate a long sting of Numbers and Letters.
  4. Select Email FCM ID. Enter your email and send.


On the PC:

  1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select Settings and General Settings.
  3. Check the box for "Enable Android/iPhone Dialer".
  4. Click the "FCM ID" button, paste the FCM ID you emailed yourself from the Android and click Ok.


As long as DejaOffice is Open on the Phone you can select Phone numbers from contacts in DejaOffice PC CRM and it will directly dial in DejaOffice on the Phone.

  • Note: FCM ID's are unique each time the Setting is Enabled\Disabled. If you need to reset your FCM ID, in the DejaOffice for Android General Settings, tap FCM ID, and choose Disable. Tap it again to Enable, and repeat the above steps to update the PC with the new FCM ID.


Using Direct Dialing from PC to Mobile

Once you have the FCM ID information entered from the above steps. To direct dial:

  1. Open DejaOffice PC CRM.
  2. Select Contacts and click the Phone Icon next to any DPC Contact Phone Number. Your phone will automatically dial the contact shortly after.

For Direct Dialing to work, DejaOffice must be "opened" on your Mobile Device. After making the first call, DejaOffice will return ot a resting "Dial Screen". This will allow DejaOffice to stay in a listening position to make further Phone Calls.
