Data in WebOs will not sync to computer via USB

On the Palm WebOS device check the contact or calendar event to see which profile it is in. If the data is in any other profile beside the CL USB Sync profile, CompanionLink will not be able to sync it.
CompanionLink USB uses the "CL USB" Profile.
All new Contacts and Calendar items must be added to the "CL USB" Profile for CompanionLink to see it.
