Create a new profile in Outlook
This is how to create a new profile in OL for testing purposes.
First, close Outlook. Then go to the start menu and choose Control Panel, and open the Mail icon.
Click on Show Profiles.
Click on Add, enter a name, and click OK.
When prompted to set up an email account, click on Cancel, then OK.
Under "When starting Microsoft Outlook, use this profile:", choose "Promt for a profile to be used".
Click on OK to exit the Profiles screen.
On the choose profile dialog, select the new profile and click OK
On the configuration screen, click Next.
When prompted to configure email, select No and click Next.
Check the box to "Continue with no email support" and click Finish.
Let Outlook finish loading.
