All-day events display as 24-hour events on BlackBerry

Problem:

All-day (or timeless) events on the PC sync to BlackBerry as 24 hour events, probably starting sometime in the late afternoon or evening (e.g. 5PM - 5PM).

Cause:

The issue is caused by having the wrong version of BlackBerry OS selected in CompanionLink. Basically, what happens is that some versions of BlackBerry OS calibrate all day events to GMT, where others calibrate to local time, so that all day events (midnight-to-midnight GMT) will appear incorrectly (5PM-to-5PM PDT, 8PM-to-8PM EDT, etc).

Fix:

1. Use the instructions here to determine the version of BlackBerry OS that your device is running.
2. Open CompanionLink and click the gear icon next to "USB via Desktop Manager".
3. In the BlackBerry Version menu, choose the version of BlackBerry OS that you found in step 1, above.
