ACT sync to Blackberry Classic missing contact records

There can be several reasons why not all contacts sync from ACT! to the Blackberry.
Open CompanionLink Setup and go to Settings. Go to Configure for ACT!
On the Applications tab, make sure that Contacts are selected.
On the Groups tab, verify the correct ACT! groups are selected. Verify the Groups the missing contacts are in, and make sure they are selected here.
If you make any changes, click on Apply to save them. When done in the settings, click on OK.
Also, on the Blackberry, open the Contacts and go to the Menu. Choose Options, and for each Address Book listed here, select it and make sure "Wireless=No" is set.
From the main CompanionLink window, go to Options and choose "Reread PC data on next sync". Then sync again.
