I was on prior CRM for over 30 years & loved it. After I retired I could not justify the cost of it, but wanted a very capable relational database that I could transfer my database to, and that would be reasonable in cost.
I discovered DejaOffie PC CRM Express and could not be happier. The ;migration of my database wasa extremely easy and error free. The support is excellent, the documentation helpful, and the app is powerful and fast. I can't say enough good things about this app & strongly recommend it!

I was hunting rabbits with a very expensive elephant gun. ACT! was overkill for what I, a sole proprietor, needed. Thanks to Wayland and his team. DejaOffice PC CRM Express is what I needed.

This powerful CRM saved me from "the clutches of Act", who had me backed into a corner with an over-priced SAAS offering ONLY, which did not even suit my needs..

I discovered DejaOffice (with CompanionLink) in CRM reviews on-line and have been using the combo for a few months now. Not only does it do the job - it has productivity-enhancing capabilities that Act does not even have. Highly recommended - especially if you are a small business (less than 25 users); AWESOME support team too (Thanks Michael, Thomas, Tiffany! - real people who look after their customers very well :)))!

The team at CompanionLink Software listen closely to feedback about problems and improvements to their DCPS program and have been steadily adding small tweaks and updating the performance of the product to meet my needs.

I know it is difficult to make a universal product but their efforts to continuously enhance it based on discussions on what can be done and to find alternatives creates the best experience I have ever had using a software product.

Thomas M. has been my point person for some time and his devotion to customer service is excellent.

I've used CompanionLink since it interfaced with Palm Pilot. I really like the ease of use, the multiple platform support. The way you can make an appointment and link it to a contact. All so seamless. Tiffany D in Support is EXCELLENT we worked together on solving duplicate contacts on Android, iPhone, iPad and got them all to talk to each other with the same amount of contacts. I really appreciate talking to someone that REALLY knows the product on all platforms.

I'm a long time user of ACT but resent being coerced into a subscription agreement. I've used Deja Office for many years to send data to my phone and always have had excellent service so it was easy to decide to change from ACT to your product. I had some initial migration issues when I changed over but have had excellent assistance - prompt, courteous and obliging and am now up and running, and smiling. Well done and Thank you

Having moved away from my prior CRM after using it for decades, I am thrilled with the alternatives and also excellent support I get with their PC CRM Express and DejaOffice apps. As a business owner, these apps work great for my contact and calendar/scheduling needs. Keep it up!!!
