Service/Support - Response to Request

I've been a Companion Link software user for close to 7 years now. I don't subscribe to many software companies, largely because my own experience has been that a response, any response, to a web-generated request for support/service is woeful if one comes at all. Not so with CLink. Each time I reach out to them I get a response within several hours or even less. Equally important the service/support people actually read what is submitted and they respond with good/helpful advice. I was in touch with Tiffany today and she exemplified the high quality CLink Support/Service I have always experienced with this company any time I contact them. Thank-you!

After a (pandemic, knee replacement & beyond) year of no synching of calendar & contacts between my laptop and Android phone, I finally had time to call support for help. Tiffany D. helped me resolve what I hope will be the final chapter in a very painful 18-month span. She slowly but surely walked me thru some changes. Now to enter appointments from a PAPER 2022 CALENDAR I finally had to buy and see (fingers crossed) if everythig syncs.

I have been a Companionlink customer for many years.. I use it to synch between my PC outlook and my various other devices using Google as the cloud tool. The software is consistently updated regularly, it works very effectively, and the best part is-- the support team are really knowledgeable people who are available via email and phone and are really invested in helping fix or explain any issue. The support team is not in some far-off country, they really work for Companionlink and are invested in the company's success through great customer service and support. This is one of the best software companies I have ever worked with.
