Cause

Resolution

1. Open Outlook.
2. Go to the Tools menu.
3. Choose Options.
4. Click on the Other tab.
5. Click on the Advanced Options button.
6. Click on the Add-In Manager button.
7. Uncheck the box for ACT! 2005 Extensions.
8. Click OK, OK and OK.
