Symptom
While registering, a purchase is found but it is indicated that the purchase was refunded.
Fix
The system found a purchase record, but sees that it was refunded. You currently don't have an active license for our product.
To continue using CompanionLink you can purchase it online from our web page. CompanionLink 4.0 authorization is automatic, so you won't need a keycode. Just enter the purchase information on our order page at:
