This page contains information regarding the management of CompanionLink and DejaCloud Subscription Licenses.


Check the Status of Your License

You can validate the status of your current license with your email address. To check the Status Click Here

Make sure you entered the Email you purchased CompanionLink with, this can differ from your DejaCloud Login if you use the DejaCloud Sync Method.

Managing Your DejaCloud Account

You can view the Status of your DejaCloud account on the DejaCloud Account Control Panel. Click Here to Login. From the Control Panel you can check your Subscription Status, Record Counts and change your Password.

If you have forgotten or cannot locate your password, please Click Here for the DejaCloud Password reset.

DejaCloud subscription licenses automatically renew every 3 months to 2 years depending on your purchase. You can check the renewal date of your DejaCloud account by logging into the account portal as described above.
