Error: Please close DejaOffice
In build 1.11.0 DejaOffice released the ability to perform a "Manual Sync" mode. This option allows a user to manually sync the device regardless of the connection mode. For some users "Manual Sync Mode" was enabled by default. When attempting to sync the user will receive a message asking the user to Close DejaOffice, Connect a USB cable and turn on USB Storage, then After PC sync completes disconnect the USB cable.
This error message can be resolved by disabling Manual Sync Mode. Instructions for doing so can be found in the Troubleshooting section below.
To resolve this error message open the DejaOffice Application on the device.
Select Sync Settings
Disable Manual Sync Mode
Return to the main screen of DejaOffice and once again attempt to sync.
