Android Invalid Device Database

If you are receiving an error message in DejaOffice that says "Invalid Device Database" please follow the steps below to resolve the message:

  1. Uninstall DejaOffice.
  2. Exit CompanionLink on the PC (check the system tray to make sure it is not open there)
  3. Plug the device into the PC and mount as USB drive.
  4. Open the drive, find the clusb folder and rename it (i.e. 'xclusb').
  5. Disconnect the device, reinstall DejaOffice.
  6. Open the CompanionLink setup on the PC.
  7. Reconnect the device.
  8. Sync from DejaOffice.
