In Act! v22 there is a significant change to Activity Details, Contact Notes, and Contact History notes. These fields use an Edit control that allows Bold and Underline. In prior versions of Act! the SDK and API conveyed these fields using RTF (Rich Text Format). Starting in Act! v22 these fields now contain HTML code.

This change only affects records that are created or changed using Act! v22. So records that were saved in a prior build still sync as RTF text.
