One or more items in the folder do not match

Symptoms:
- Synching with Outlook.
- Error message: 'One or more items in the folder do not match'.

Explanation:
This is an Outlook error that indicates that Outlook has conflicting items that it cannot resolve on its own. You will need to open Outlook, find these items, and resolve them manually.

Fix:
1. Open Outlook.
2. Open the area that had the error message. If you do not know which area this is, please repeat the steps below for each area of Outlook (Contacts, Calendar and Tasks).
3. Go the View menu and select Current View and then View by Category.
4. You will see a list of categories. Click on the plus sign to the left of the category name to view the items in the category.
5. On the left hand side of this side, you will see an icon next to each item.
6. Look down the list of items for a crossed swords icon or other warning icon.
5. Double-click each item that has one of these items to resolve the problem.
