How it Works

CompanionLink Professional lets you sync FrontRange GoldMine contacts, calendar activities, contact notes and histories, to-dos and opportunities with Android, BlackBerry, iPhone and iPad, Palm webOS, Windows Phone 7 and Windows Mobile devices or any Google/Gmail/Google Apps account.

You can also use CompanionLink Professional to sync FrontRange GoldMine with Microsoft Outlook and other PC databases.

Data We Sync

• Contacts
  • Syncs all common contact fields, including (but not limited to):
  • Name
  • Addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Birthdays
  • Contact notes and histories sync to the contact notes field on the device
  • Categories (user-selectable field)

  • Calendar Activities - appointments, calls, events, next actions, forecast sales

  • Contact links to calendar activities

  • Complete activities from the phone
• To-dos
  • To-do items sync to the tasks list on the phone

  • Due dates
  • Map calendar activites by type to the onboard calendar or tasks list

• GoldMine verions 4.0 - 9.0, including GoldMine Personal, Premium, and Corporate editions



IMPORTANT: FrontRange discontinued their developer program in 2006. Consequently, CompanionLink support for GoldMine is on an "as-is" basis. Compatibility for any particular feature or system in any current or future GoldMine release should be individually tested at your site and cannot be guaranteed by CompanionLink.
