2 ways to sync
 Wired USB Sync
Sync PC data directly with your Google Android phone using the USB cable that came with your phone. You need two things:
1. CompanionLink on your PC
2. DejaOffice™ app on your Android phone
Data from the PC syncs to DejaOffice, a mobile office application suite for Android. DejaOffice features robust contacts, calendar, tasks and notes apps that provide enhanced funtionality over the native Android applications. Contacts and calendar automatically sync with the native Android databases to allow for full functionality with other apps.

 Wireless Sync via Google
Sync your PC, Google, and your Google Android phone. There are two parts to the sync:
1.
CompanionLink installs on your PC and syncs data with your Google account
2.
Your Google account will automatically sync with your Android phone's built-in contacts and calendar apps
You can set the process to run in the background on your PC using CompanionLink's "Auto Sync" feature.
