Your GoldMine installation is missing a required library file

Symptom:
- Using GoldMine 4.0
- Getting error: 'Your GoldMine installation is missing a required library file. Error code 126 - the specified module cannot be found.'

Fix:
1. Close CompanionLink Setup if it is open.
2. Download and install the latest version of the Borland Database Engine (BDE) from the following site:

ftp://ftpc.borland.com/pub/bde/devsupport/updates/bde511en.exe

3. Download the following file and place it in your CompanionLink folder (typically c:\Program Files\CompanionLink):

http://www.companionlink.com/files/gm6S32.dll

NOTE: If you are not able to do step 2, do not do step 3.
