Sync your CRM contacts and calendar with the Apple iPhone
CompanionLink allows you to sync your CRM data with MS Outlook. You can then synchronize iPhone with Outlook (through iTunes) by docking your device with the computer using a USB cable. This process works the other way around as well, allowing you to make changes to data on the iPhone and sync back with your CRM. You will need iTunes 7.3 or higher installed on your computer.

How to setup iPhone sync
You will need iTunes 7.3 or higher and Outlook 2003 or higher installed on your Windows-based computer. CompanionLink needs to be setup to sync your CRM contacts and calendar with Outlook. Find out how.
If you already own a copy of CompanionLink Express or CompanionLink Professional and don't see the iPhone sync option in your configuration screen, please download the latest software update for your product.
