Conley H. was a great help!! He walked me through sync on my new phone and my old tablet. I was having problems but he helped me through it. I have had the program for a long time and have loved it. Whenever I have purchased a new tablet or phone they have walked me through the sync. Thank you for the product and the help!!

I've loved DejaOffice on my phone for several years, but no matter how hard I tried, I could never get DejaOffice on my computer and my phone to sync.

Once I purchased DejaOffice PC CRM Standalone, all my problems disappeared. It's very easy to sync now.

I'm a happy camper.

When I discovered a glitch in syncing phone with computer 6 months after purchase, they were there to help straighten it out.

I had been looking for a CRM for years that could work as a standalone product. This is it. The product is constantly improving and its syncing capacity is extremely good. The tech support is the best that I have come across in many years. Michael is the best! Anyone purchasing this product will not be disappointed.

I just got off the phone with Michael in Tech support. I had to migrate my PC CRM database from one computer to another. He was calm, quick, and precise in his instructions walking me through that process. Came out exactly as desired. Thank you!

This weekend I experience a sync problem I could not figure out with Companion Link PC CRM. This morning I called CL support, and within 1 minute was on the phone with Renee. She immediately understood the problem, walked me through the solution step-by-step and followed up with a detailed email on the issue in case it ever happens again (which I doubt it will, thanks to some software updates and settings tweaks she suggested). Immediate response, friendly and engaged service. a thorough understanding of my issue and a solution in minutes. That's 5-star. And Renee is not the only one. Every time I have called CL Support over the years - every time - the customer service is exactly the same. Come to think of it, the customer service from Companion Link is 6 or 7-star at least, but you'll just have to imagine the two extra stars on top of this review.
