How To Get CompanionLink/DoubleLook/DoubleNotes Back On Your Computer

The best way to get CompanionLink, DoubleLook or DoubleNotes back onto your computer is to do the following:

1. Download the evaluation version of the program from our website on the download page.


2. Install the evaluation program.

3. Find your computer ID. Your computer ID is a letter followed by two numbers.

CompanionLink: Run CompanionLink Setup and click on File and Register.
DoubleLook: Right-click the DoubleLook icon in the lower righthand corner of the computer screen by the time. Choose Register.
DoubleNotes: Right-click the DoubleNotes icon in the lower righthand corner of the computer screen by the time. Choose Register.

Note: If you do not have an option for Register, then you do not need to obtain a keycode, as your computer has remembered that it has a registered version installed.


4. Use the Keycode Request Form to obtain a keycode.

If you are unable to use this form to request a keycode, then please contact our Sales department at 1-800-386-1623 or email them at sales@companionlink.com and give them your name, phone number, computer ID and request a keycode.
