Outlook Business Contact Manager sync

How it works
CompanionLink will sync your Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010 Business Contact Manager data to your phone or to your regular Outlook folders. When set up to sync with your phone, you can choose either wired sync (using a USB cable) or wireless sync.
CompanionLink Express has all the basic features for two-way sync. CompanionLink Pro includes additional options such as an Auto Sync Timer and the ability to sync wirelessly using CompanionLink's secure wireless sync subscription (for BCM users without a Microsoft Exchange or BlackBerry Enterprise Server).
Wired (USB) sync with phones
If you choose to sync using the wired (USB) method, simply configure CompanionLink and dock your phone to your PC using a USB cable.
Your BCM data will sync with your phone.
Wireless sync
You have two options for wireless sync:
Option 1: Wireless sync subscription by CompanionLink ($9.95/month)
CompanionLink provides a wireless sync service between Outlook BCM and your phone. Users who don't have an existing wireless sync system through Exchange or BlackBerry Enterprise Server can use this option to get similar functionality. You can activate the service directly in the CompanionLink Pro configuration settings.
Option 2: Wireless sync service using Google Sync
Google offers a free over-the-air sync solution called Google Sync. This service works with iPhone, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile and Symbian devices. Google also natively syncs with Android-based devices and Palm webOS devices. The service syncs contacts and calendar between your Google account and your phone. You'll need a Google account. (Don't have one? Visit this page to learn how to set one up for free.) You'll also need to set up Google Sync with your phone.
