How It Works

Sync Highrise contacts, tasks and cases with your Google or Gmail account and your Nokia Symbian S60 or Symbian^3 device. CompanionLink installs on the PC and syncs Highrise contacts and calendar to your Google/Gmail account.

Data automatically syncs between Google and your Symbian device using its wireless data connection. Syncing with Google requires Nokia's Mail for Exchange application on the device. Two-way sync is fully supported so you can make changes to data anywhere. Supported Symbian phones include the Nokia N8 and Nokia E7.

    • Sort by first, last or company name
    • All standard contact fields; including name, company name, three email addresses and seven phone fields.
  • Tasks
    • NOTE: CompanionLink provides the option to sync Highrise tasks with Google Tasks or Google Calendar. More info

    • Sort by date, subject, priority or category

    • Deals sync as tasks, and will be marked with the phrase "DEAL:" in the subject line

What You Need

  • CompanionLink Express or CompanionLink Pro on your PC.
  • Highrise on your PC.
  • A Google, Gmail, or Google Apps account.
  • A Nokia Symbian device with the Mail for Exchange application and a wireless data connection (2G/3G/4G or Wi-Fi)

Supported versions of Highrise

  • Works with any HighRise Basic, Plus, or Premium accounts.
    *For CompanionLink to sync with HighRise, you must obtain a HighRise Sync URL.

Getting Started

  1. Install CompanionLink on your PC and configure it with your Google username and password.
  2. Once configured, hit "Synchronize" and your data will sync between Google and your PC.
  3. Configure your Symbian device to sync with your Google account.
