How it works

Your computer and handheld device exchange data through CompanionLink's wireless sync servers. Changes to CRM information on your PC are sent to our secure servers, which then relay this data to your handheld.

It works the other way as well. If you change CRM data on your handheld device, changes are sent to our secure servers, which in turn send them to your computer.

What you need

• Internet connection on your handheld device
  • Regular Wi-Fi (802.11)
  • Data plan through your wireless service provider
• CompanionLink Professional running on your desktop computer (in the system tray area)
• Wireless sync software on your handheld (instructions provided during configuration)
