View source for Outlook closes when CompanionLink attempts to synchronize

If Outlook closes when CompanionLink attempts a synchronization (either through auto-sync or manual sync), please make sure that Outlook is running 'as an administrator.' 

For Windows 7 and earlier:
# Exit both CompanionLink and Outlook.
# Locate the Outlook icon. Right click on it.
# Select 'Properties.'
# Make sure that 'Run as administrator' is checked.

For Windows 8:
# Exit both CompanionLink and Outlook.
# Hit the 'Windows' key.  You will arrive on the Windows 'Start' screen.
# Type 'Outlook.'  When the Outlook icon appears, right click on it.
# At the bottom of the screen, select 'Run as administrator.'

If Outlook continues to close when CompanionLink attempts a synchronization, please try rebooting your PC.
