If you are having issues opening DejaOffice PC CRM, try the following steps to open DPC in "Safe Mode". This will reset all Pinned Window positions\selections and the DPC Zoom Settings.
Enabling Safe Mode
- On your Desktop locate the DejaOffice PC CRM Desktop Shortcut.
- On the Keyboard, hold the "Ctrl" and double click the DPC Desktop Shortcut.
You will see a popup asking to launch DejaOffice PC CRM in Safe Mode. Select "Yes" to continue. If DPC opens correctly, close it, then try reopening normally.
