Profiles are used to sync with multiple devices.

The Category Manager is used to sync multiple databases or folders to a device.


When to use Profiles:

  • Sync a single database with two or more devices.
  • Separate databases and devices. For example, one profile to sync Outlook with Android, and a second profile to sync ACT! with iPhone.
