Profiles are used to sync with multiple devices.
The Category Manager is used to sync multiple databases or folders to a device.
When to use Profiles:
- Sync a single database with two or more devices.
- Separate databases and devices. For example, one profile to sync Outlook with Android, and a second profile to sync ACT! with iPhone.
When to use Category Manager:
