Many Motorola devices, such as the Droid RAZR, Droid 4 and Droid Bionic have been receiving updates to Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).

If your device has received an update and you can no longer sync, Mass Storage Mode may no longer work and you will have to switch to the DejaConnect USB sync method instead:

  1. Update DejaOffice to the latest version.
  2. Update CompanionLink to the latest version.
  3. Install CompanionLink's universal ADB driver package.
  4. Verify that the device is connected to the PC as a Media Device and not Mass Storage.
  5. Change the sync method in CompanionLink to DejaConnect USB. For full setup instructions, view our setup guide.
