Many Motorola devices, such as the Droid RAZR, Droid 4 and Droid Bionic have been receiving updates to Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).

If your device has received an update and you can no longer sync, you'll need to update CompanionLink and DejaOffice to the latest versions, which include Motorola ICS support:

Update DejaOffice to the latest version.
Update CompanionLink to the latest version.
