CompanionLink supports syncing meeting invites with certain PIM/CRMs.
Outlook
All meeting invites synchronize to the calendar, including both tentative and accepted invites.
Lotus Notes
Only accepted meeting invites synchronize. Tentative invites do not synchronize (you must first accept the meeting invite from the PC before it can be synchronized).
