Managing Your Account

You can manage your subscription license at https://secure.companionlink.com/account/

You will need to enter the email address that you purchased the license with, and the password that was emailed to you in your initial confirmation email.

If you have forgotten or cannot locate your password, please send an email to sales@companionlink.com with your first and last name, phone number, and email address used to purchase the license.

CompanionLink subscription licenses automatically renew every three months. You can check the renewal date fo your subscription by logging into the account portal as described above.


How to cancel a subscription license

You can cancel your subscription license within the account portal - https://secure.companionlink.com/account/

Once logged in to your account, you will see an option to cancel your subscription.
