This article relates to customers outside of North America, who finds that phone numbers synced by CompanionLink are missing “+” sign if front of the numbers.
This issue is usually caused by incorrect settings within Microsoft Windows.
Configuring Phone Dialing Settings
1. On your PC go to Control Panel
2. Select Phone and Modem
3. Select My Location
4. Set the Country/Region to your location
5. Run the sync again in CompanionLink
