This article relates to customers outside of North America, who finds that phone numbers synced by CompanionLink are missing “+” sign if front of the numbers.
This issue is usually caused by incorrect settings within Microsoft Windows.
Configuring Phone Dialing Settings
- On your PC go to Control Panel
- Select Phone and Modem
- Select My Location
- Set the Country/Region to your location
- Run the sync again in CompanionLink
